Stowe Winter Carnival – 17 to 25 January 2015
The charming town of Stowe, Vermont will come alive from 17 to 25 January for the 41st Annual Stowe Winter Carnival, an event known for exciting and zany events such as the hilarious Snowgolf tournament, the Snowvolleyball tournament, an Ice Carving Competition and a Kids Carnival. Snodeo – 23 to 24 January 2015

Annual Newport Winter Festival – 13 to 22 February 2015
The Annual Newport Winter Festival is known as “New England’s largest winter extravaganza” and boasts over 150 exciting events in the heart of Newport, Rhode Island. This historic town, home to oceanfront mansions and the famous Cliffwalk, provides the ideal setting for a festival of great food, music, entertainment, sand sculptures, a chilli cook-off, a city-wide scavenger hunt, an ice sculpting competition and a children’s fair. Ben & Jerry’s Winter Festival – 28 February 2015
The Ben & Jerry’s Annual Winter Festival – one of the most well-known and deliciously fun-filled celebrations in New England takes place each year at the famous Ben & Jerry’s Factory in Waterbury, Vermont. Visitors will discover a winter-playground of festivities, outdoor activities, games and entertainment. Hebron Maple Festival – 14 to 15 March 2015
The Maple Festival in Hebron, Connecticut in March 2015 will celebrate all things sweet and maple syrup in this picturesque town. Tour sugarhouses and visit dog sledding exhibitions and crafts fairs. Annual Vermont Maple Festival - 24 to 26 April 2015
The Annual Vermont Maple Festival in St. Albans celebrates all things related to Vermont’s signature maple syrup. Take in delicious maple exhibits, cooking demonstrations, sugar house tours, a maple buffet and entertainment such as pony rides, ‘dogworks’, puppet shows,  antique and art shows. Boston Jazz Week – 24 April to 3 May 2015
Boston Jazz Week is a city-wide celebration of jazz music in historic Boston, organised by the Greater Boston jazz community. This ten day celebration, scheduled to tie in with the Smithsonian’s national observance of jazz in April, Duke Ellington’s birthday (29 April) and International Jazz Day (30 April), will take place at historic venues across Boston and will feature master classes, discussions and workshops, participatory events, performances and concerts by local and international jazz artists. www.jazzboston.org, www.massjazz.com/events

Waterfire– (exact dates to be confirmed) May to September 2015
Attracting tens of thousands each year, Waterfire in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island has now become an international artistic phenomenon. The event centres around an installation which beautifully dazzles against the night, bringing to life Waterplace Park with the firelight of 100 bonfires on the three waterways which pass through Downtown Providence. Waterfire takes place on several nights throughout the year and is designed to be a magical celebration of earth, air, fire and water. Sea Music Festival at Mystic Seaport – 11 to 14 June 2015
The 36th Annual Sea Music Festival at Mystic Seaport in Connecticut is a four-day celebration of maritime music and one of the world’s premier sea music events, attracting thousands each year. The event includes several concerts which boast talented performers and entertainers, all of whom bring their songs to life by re-enacting classic musical traditions from the Golden Age of Sailing. Annual Windjammer Days Festival – 21 to 27 June 2015
The 53rd Annual Windjammer Days Festival in Boothbay Harbor, Maine honours America’s maritime history with four days of special events and family fun. Witness the beauty of fully rigged windjammers sailing into Boothbay Harbor and discover a roster of events, including a sailboat race, a golf tournament, pancake breakfasts, waterfront concerts, an arts and crafts fair, a hometown street parade, an antique boat parade and firework displays over the beautiful harbour. 10th Annual New England Brewfest – 26 to 28 June 2015
Discover the the region’s best brews ‘on tap’ at the 10th Annual New England Brewfest in the historic town of Lincoln, New Hampshire. Based at the Lincoln Village Shops in the heart of the White Mountains, New England Brewfest will see over 30 New England breweries exhibit over 100 of their best craft beers. America’s Oldest Independence Day Parade – 4 July 2015
Visit the historic town of Bristol in Rhode Island on 4 July 2015 and discover America’s oldest Independence Day celebration.  Overlooking Narragansett Bay, this town has a classic ‘American main street feel’ with beautiful stately homes patriotically decorated for the occasion. Vermont Cheese Makers Festival – 15 July 2015
With over 50 cheese makers – the highest number per capita in America - Vermont is the premier artisan cheese state. Maine Lobster Festival – 29 July to 2 August 2015
The 67th Annual Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland, Maine is a ‘must attend’ event for lovers of great lobster and seafood. Savour fresh Maine lobster served up by top chefs, overlooking Penobscot Bay. Festivities include a big parade, a ‘sea goddess’, an international crate race, fine arts and crafts, live entertainment, local arts and crafts, and tours of a US Navy ship. Newport Jazz Festival – 31 July to 2 August 2015
Referred to as the ‘grandfather of all jazz festivals’, the Newport Jazz Festival – based at the International Tennis Hall of Fame and  Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island, is America’s first annual jazz festival and was founded in 1954. The event attracts thousands of people each year. Acadia Night Sky Festival – 10 to 14 September 2015
The 7th Annual Acadia Night Sky Festival will feature art, music, science, poetry, and stargazing events at Bar Harbor and in many of the park’s local communities. Maine’s Acadia National Park is home to pristine, star-filled night skies and is well-known for its low pollution, with stars shining brightly in the vast dark skies. Stowe Foliage Art Festival – 9 to 11 October 2015
Set amid a region synonymous with fall foliage the historic town of Stowe, Vermont provides an ideal location for one of New England’s best fall festivals. The 31st Annual Foliage Art Festival celebrates the immensely beautiful colours of the foliage through fine and contemporary artworks. Approximately 200 artists will exhibit, selling a wide range of craft work alongside original art, photography, sculpture, and specialty food including Vermont beer, cheese and sausage. Rockland Festival of Lights – 27 to 29 November 2015
Celebrate the beginning of the festive season at the Rockland Festival of Lights in Rockland, Maine. The festival is a light extravaganza, which kicks off with the arrival of Father Christmas by boat and the lighting of the world’s largest lobster trap “Christmas Tree” at dusk.  The “Eat, Drink and be Merry” event offers visitors the chance to enjoy great local food, drink and shopping.
