The Tough Mountain Challenge is a unique adventure obstacle race born in the mountains of Maine that tackles the alpine terrain of Sunday River ski resort. After running 5k in the mountains, under an arsenal of snow guns, crossing ravines and crawling under ski trails – you’ll feel it by the finish line. And when you cross that line you’ll be in the middle of an all-day party complete with live music, barbecues, a beer garden, a free Mini Mountain Challenge for kids, chairlift rides, zip lines and more.
